Release agent distribution control units

Manual or automatic dosing system
Relbo’s manual release agent distribution control units are included
as standard equipment in sprayers and spraying robots.

They feature a compact structure and a stainless steel covered tank equipped with an easily replaceable suction filter.

Convenient option to move the suction filter for internal washing and cleaning of both the release agent circuit
and the head with nozzles.

Air inlet pressure regulator and air pressure switches at necessary points, condensate recovery barrel and a pressure multiplier
(R = 2:1) with a capacity of 3 liters, automatically controlled in cycle by a dedicated solenoid valve.

Liquids are sent
to the nozzles with multiplied pressure using the pressure
multiplier to ensure consistency in every lubrication cycle.
Automatic control units allow for automatic filling of the tank with a water-mixed product, at a dilution percentage set by the operator, using a volumetric dosing system.

With 2 or more stainless steel tanks for different liquids, they provide operational flexibility for sprayers.

Automatic cleaning system for all circuits, including the head
and nozzles, without manual filter movement.
Automatic management of liquid levels and alarms.

Upon request, they can be equipped with a liquid flow control system that allows to track the expected liquid consumption
for a specific die and generate alarms if the values exceed the established tolerances, set on the screen.
