They are able to provide a homogeneous and well atomized spray with a strong and precise jet. They are perfectly adapted to the harshest working conditions, ensuring, with low operating pressures, fine atomization and significant savings in release fluid. Highly wear-resistant and easy to maintain. Suitable for thermoregulated molds and with temperatures around 200°, they allow greater evaporation of the release liquid due to smaller droplets and consequently less waste on the ground and less consumption of release agent. The amount of liquid dispensed is guaranteed by inserts with calibrated perforations ranging from 0.4 to 1.5mm.
