Customized RN Head

Spraying heads expandable both in width and in height designed to use Relbo nozzles type RN equipped with two separate liquid circuits, a maximum of 4 independent lubrication circuits and one drying air only circuit for each side. The customized Relbo RN spraying heads are custom designed for each single die and can be equipped with accessories and extensions that allow the nozzles to be positioned so as to reach the most critical positions into the die. The customization allows an extremely precise lubrication cycle and gives
the possibility to obtain excellent results by considerably reducing the cycle time.
