This type of application gives the possibility of having a range of customised movements, aimed at reaching any point on the mould and satisfying production requirements.
Relbo’s robot lubrication systems are available in different types depending on the application and size of the die-casting machine.
Using the liquid and air distribution concept, identical to the one used for Cartesian lubricators, the lubrication robots can be fitted with customer-specific heads, dedicated die heads designed by Relbo or ‘standard’ heads normally used on lubricators.
This allows total flexibility in working, moving mould and lubrication head from one press to another.
All lubrication heads can be equipped with several liquids (max. 3) plus additional air circuit for additional blowing for fast drying of the mould after lubrication.
The dispensing of liquids can be subdivided by single line and within the line, subdivided by strips (normally three, central and two independent side strips).
